The Spark

A brand that had a vision to develop a luxurious mist, that would not only dry quickly and evenly on the skin, but combined a love for natural and organic ingredients. Spray Aus was known as the spray tan of choice with the IT girls, however beyond a glow for the races or your bestie’s hens, the brand was not considered, lacking saliency. Overport was challenged to differentiate Spray Aus from the competitive set and create a unique and compelling brand in the minds of consumers.

The Challenge

How could we not only differentiate Spray Aus, but move them from ‘special occasion’ to everyday? By living life with colour.

The Outcome

We refined Spray Aus’ brand identity, repositioning them as the tan for every day, with the platform ‘Life’s just better in colour’. With this platform, we developed the brand’s tone of voice, key messaging, and rolled out this new TOV across all communication touch points. ‘Keys. Phone. Wallet. Tan. We don’t leave home without it.’
