DuluxGroup have an unwavering dedication to employee training and development, with a high percentage of people working within the company 10+ years. Off the back of our success and brand understanding across DuluxGroup’s woodcare business (Cabot’s, Intergrain, Feast Watson), we were engaged by DuluxGroup’s HR Team to assist with their brand messaging & creative development.

The Challenge

Evaluate the existing EVP messaging, articulate “what it means to work at DuluxGroup” and create a suite of compelling content that could be rolled out across website and social channels. 

Ripple Effects

There was something really special about DuluxGroup and an abundance of rich stories to be told.

We were honoured to capture the spirit of the DuluxGroup and create a recruitment video and suite of social assets that shared the stories of their diverse employees. Spanning multiple brands and departments, the video demonstrated why people build lasting careers at DuluxGroup, inspiring potential candidates to join their thriving community.
